303 Dirt offers bike skills clinics and camps for youth ages 6-16 at Valmont Bike Park in Boulder, Colorado. Improve your mountain bike and BMX skills including turning, braking, and jumping with our experienced coaches. Private bike skills coaching, trail riding skills, and half day camps are available for kids and adults.

303 Dirt was founded by MTB Downhill World Champion Myles Rockwell & BMX Freestyle Star Gurion Blattman.

Bike Camps

During our bike camps for kids ages 6-16, we explore pump tracks, dirt jumps, slopestyle, berms, and skills loops at Valmont Bike Park.

Skills Clinics

Our afternoon skills sessions are from 4-6 pm every weekday during the season. Join us one time or weekly to fine-tune your bike skills.

Private Coaching

We offer private and semi-private classes on weekday afternoons from 4-6 pm. Small group size limited to 4-6 riders.

My 7 year old loves his mountain biking lessons with 303 Dirt! Gurion is an amazing rider and an inspiring bike coach. His wonderful rapport with kids, enthusiasm, and encouragement ensure that my son works hard, stays safe, and has fun!

Coaches

Gurion Blattman

Gurion Blattman is an IMBA-certified coach with a passion for riding and helping the next generation find a love for biking. He sold his business on the East Coast to move to Boulder with his family to enjoy the outdoors and the over 300 days of sunshine a year. Riding at Valmont Bike Park, he saw a lot of kids without safety gear, with the wrong bikes, and without the skills they needed to be safe. He started providing free bike skills clinics with his son to his friends and some neighbors. Soon after, 303Dirt was formed with the philosophy of having small group classes taught by experienced riders. Our goals are to provide an experience for kids that is fun, exciting, and safe, and to build the foundation for a lifelong passion for biking.

Myles Rockwell

Myles Rockwell is a mountain biking legend and a member of the Mountain Biking Hall of Fame. After years of pursuing his dream, he became the MTB Downhill World Champion in 2000. He encountered numerous hurdles along the way, including breaking both legs in a motocross accident in 1997. His doctors believed he would never race again. Myles still loves to mountain bike today. He aims to give back to the community by offering his exceptional bike coaching skills and inspiring life story to positively influence the next generation. He is the president and co-founder of Rockwell Ridewell, a father of three, and a dedicated husband and mentor.

Miriam Van EK

Miriam is a big proponent of getting more ladies on bikes!  She grew up in Colorado and recently graduated from University of Colorado Boulder.  She rides for The Fix Bike Shop and her favorite styles of riding are dirt jumping and downhill.  She is also a board member for the CheckIn Foundation, which aims to raise mental health awareness in the mountain biking community.  When Miriam’s not riding her bike, she is probably hiking with her dog Aspen, or eating way too much dessert

Gurion is an amazing rider and even better teacher! My two small groms have so much fun in his bike skills class and ride fundamentally better because of him.
